Cardi B made one of her biggest purchases when she bought a massive $20,000 playground for her daughter Kulture, who recently turned five, and son, Wave Set. The rapper was praised for being a “good mom” and several fans shared hilarious reactions, with some even begging to be adopted.
The Bodak Yellow music hitmaker clearly knows how to make her two children happy and make them feel special on their birthdays. Cardi B‘s daughter, Kulture, recently celebrated her fifth birthday and received a massive gift from her mother.
Cardi B buys $20k playground for kids
In an interview with The New York Times, Cardi B revealed that she splurged on a huge gift ahead of her daughter’s birthday and bought a massive playground set for $20,000.
“When I bought my mom a house, that meant a lot to me,” the I Like It rapper explained. “When I bought my house with my husband, that meant a lot to me. When I bought another house … damn, I bought a lot of houses.”
Kulture celebrated her birthday on July 10 and she now has an impressive playground to share with her younger sibling, Wave Set.
“But it also [does] be the little things, right?” the musician continued. “I just bought this playground set for my kids and it’s huge. It looks insane. And I spent in the 20 thousand for it.”
Cardi B said that it was her “”Overly spending on your kids doesn’t mean that you’re a great parent, but it makes you feel good. It makes you feel like you’re living your childhood dream,” Cardi B added.
Rapper shared a video of the $20k playground
The rapper purchased the gift a few weeks before Kulture’s birthday. In a Twitter video shared on June 27, the rapper unveiled the massive playground set in her backyard consisting of a covered slide, two open slides, swing sets, and a ball area.
“I really go dummy for my kids,” she captioned the video. “Obsessed!!! I love it.”
Cardi B shares Kulture and son Wave Set, 22 months, with her husband and Migos bandmate Offset. He is also a father to daughter Kalea, 8, and sons Jordan, 13, and Kody, 8.
Fans beg to be adopted
Cardi B is a celebrity that goes the extra mile for her children with extravagant presents and many of the rapper’s fans joked that they would like to be adopted.
“Adopt me” one fan joked in the comments. Someone else shared a similar hilarious response and wrote: “I’m up for adoption if you didn’t know.”
“Wow, that’s really nice! They are going to love that!” another Twitter user commented. “Cardi is a great mom,” another fan added.
